Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 July 2026. By using Kitnax you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Service
Kitnax provides free, browser-based utility tools and related guides at kitnax.com. Features may change, and tools may be added or removed without notice. The service is provided as a convenience, not as a managed enterprise product.
2. No account
You do not need an account. Optional favorites are stored only in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempts to disrupt availability, probe infrastructure beyond normal use, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use tools to commit unlawful acts. You are solely responsible for content you paste into tools and for how you use outputs (passwords, tokens, SQL, images, and similar).
4. Intellectual property
Kitnax branding, site design, and original content are protected by applicable IP laws. You may use tool outputs you generate for your own projects. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.
5. No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for production, legal, medical, or safety-critical use.
Security-related tools (for example password, hash, or JWT helpers) are for convenience and education. They do not replace professional security review or your own threat model.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitnax and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the site or tools. Where liability cannot be excluded (for example under mandatory consumer law or for intent/gross negligence), it remains limited to what that law requires.
7. External resources
Some pages load fonts or libraries from third-party CDNs. Those services are outside our control when your browser requests them. Availability and privacy practices of those providers may change.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will be revised when we publish changes.
